Happy issues on rough roads of life are sometimes hard to find …
I found mine, and now the way of my life goes through Samara I did not even heard about before. Samara along the Volga, a so endearing Russian city!

I remember that I arrived in the middle of the night at Kurumoch Airport and my flight was over an hour and a half late.

I was pretty anxious and then I only spoke a few words in Russian: zdravstvouyte (hello), dasvidania (goodbye) spasiba (thank you), da (yes), niet (not). Done in five words.

I only knew very little about the city.
And then I heard this voice in the tumult of the airport arrival area.
This voice calling me! ” Jacques” and speaking to me in French though I knew no one in Samara!

Of course, everything was organized by the UNIVIE agency and my arrival was perfectly prepared.

The voice was Alisa Komarova, managing director of UNIVIE in Samara. She was there, in the middle of that 2013 June night. She picked me up and took me to the hotel the agency booked for me.

While she drove me, in a perfectly mastered French language, she already explained me the calendar of my stay and the organization she had planned for the next day.

That famous Sunday morning, Alisa was present and she had provided everything for my first meeting with Olga.

Alisa was there and available to us, to Olga and I.

The day when I set foot in Samara for the first time, my life changed. I must say that nothing would have been possible without Alisa’s help.

She translated our letters, orchestrated our meetings and videoconferencing from France and Samara. She organized our first trips to France or Russia.

She also helped me a lot for all the administrative work, etc.

Today I am a man fulfilled and happy: I love Olga and Olga loves me!

She is a sweet woman, intelligent and beautiful. Her eyes are as blue as the sky, and they still disturb me every time my eyes plunge into hers.
